The idea for Kemeneth grew out of conversations with people who are passionate about changing the system for good
| Again and again, we heard the same thing: The system isn’t working as it should. And no one can change it alone.
| We know there are others who feel this too. And we believe it’s time to come together.

Who is Kemeneth for?
| Kemeneth is a day-long retreat for people who:
| | • | Are working for better social outcomes - in charities, local government, the NHS, academia and anywhere else
| | • | Feel frustrated by the current system and know it could work differently
| | • | Dream of a radically better future and want to help bring it about
| | • | Believe that even small actions can begin to shift wider system patterns
| | • | Understand that together we can create this change
What is Kemeneth?
| Kemeneth is:
| | • | An opportunity to re-imagine our system with like-minded people
| | • | Time and space to pause, reflect, and think more deeply about what’s possible
| | • | A chance to get clearer about your role in system change
| | • | The beginning of a community of change makers able to amplify and nurture what we are all doing
| | • | Something shaped and owned by everyone who takes part
| | | What Kemeneth is not:
| | • | A training programme on system change
| | • | A space to debate whether systems change is needed
What you will get from Kemeneth
| At a minimum our hope is:
| | | • | New and deeper connections with others
| | • | Reassurance that you are not alone in this work
| But we’re also holding a bigger ambition:
| | • | We start a movement of like-minded people whose influence and energy can’t be ignored
| | • | We all start to witness multiple ripple effects in the system
| | • | The patterns that are holding the system back start to unravel
| | • | Together, we learn what it really takes to create meaningful change
